John McAuley John McAuley was born in Montreal and received two degrees from Sir George Williams University. He ran the Véhicule poetry series with Bob Galvin and Stephen Morrissey in 1976-77 and was one of the original Véhicule Poets. He was also Coordinator of Vehicule Art Inc. in 1977-78. He has published several collections of poetry, including What Henry Hudson Found (Véhicule) and Nothing Ever Happens in Pointe-Claire (Véhicule), and his work has appeared in anthologies since 1975. John McAuley currently teaches in the English Department at Concordia University. |
